Yoga Asanas To Reduce Lower Back Pain

Salamba Bhujangasana

Salamba Bhujangasana or the Sphinx pose strengthens the spine and buttocks and helps in relieving stress and pain.


Bhujangasana or the Cobra pose may help to relieve stress and fatigue that can accompany back pain.
